PARCEL OF LAND
The cemetery is made up of 3 main tracts of land. The access road basically forms a “P” shape.
The section inside the loop of the “P” is the oldest section and is known as the “A” section (virtually
no available spots are left in this section due to not knowing about previous burials and possible
unmarked graves). The section to the right of the lower stem of the “P” is known as the “B”
section. And the section to the left of the staff of the “P” is known as the “C” section. The C
section is the newest and most clearly gridded and marked area. There are hundreds of available
spaces in the C section alone, and many more hundred to be available in the B section in the near
future; with additional expansion to the new area in future years.
The cemetery has over the years purchased three adjacent tracts:
1: To the left of the entrance road about 8/10 of an acre; this is known as the “C” section; most new
plot sales are in this section
2: To the rear of the cemetery a .45 acre bordering area (this forms a rear and right side border for
the oldest “A” section); now only used as a buffer from the adjacent grazing property but can
certainly be gridded and laid out for plot sales in the future..
3: A newly acquired .54 acre tract at the rear of the “B” section (which is on the right of the
entrance road); this will provide some additional plot spaces in the distant future.
These additions now result in a total cemetery acreage of approximately 5.3 acres. It is estimated
that the cemetery currently has between 1,500 and 2,000 prospective additional plots available.
